First step to get customer reviews is to get profiles on review websites.
2. Give Your Customers Reasons to Write a Review
Most important tip is; serve your customers in really professional way and provide them best product/services they are looking for. By offering them best services/products you give them reasons to write positive reviews about your business. If customers are not satisfied from your services/product they never give you positive reviews.
3. Don’t Hesitate to Ask Your Customers
After completion of your job, you should directly ask your customers for reviews and for this purpose don’t feel hesitation as one positive review is better than many backlinks.
